When things go wrong we take the blame for them and create an even worse state of life. Yes, we are guilty because we had negative thoughts about ourselves and the future even though we were not aware of it but now that we are ready to change our path to a better future, we now know that we need to do something.

We can first if we feel anger allow ourselves to feel it and not escape from that feeling. However angry we are, let us feel it because after we feel it, it will only disappear from us unless we try to pull it out of us as soon as possible.


We are afraid of the negative, especially when we go into the spiritual waters because they have told us if we think negative everything will happen to us badly. That is why when we feel angry when we are ill-willed and hateful, we try to cheer as soon as possible so that we can return to our previous state, but many times we do not go so fast.

That is why it is better to feel anger because that feeling just wants to become a part of us and that we feel it when we do it then it will leave us because we will not create resistance.
