How to access another dimension?
We can access another dimension during meditation when we slowly count the numbers to zero, relax and then choose, for example, the door through which we enter another dimension where we see an improved version of ourselves that is our goal.
We look at the successful version of ourselves in a new dimension and look at his or her behavior and way of thinking and then seek permission to enter into our new version, which we then embody and then we become a successful version of ourselves in that new dimension. The more we do with our five senses, the more real and realistic it will become for us.

We give ourselves enough time to absorb this knowledge so that we can imitate it later.
Where does he work and how does our ideal version spend the day and how he spends his free time?
How does he approach his job and do it with ease? Let's watch and learn from the experience of our ideal version of living the life we want to achieve.
When we have seen and learned enough, we begin to slowly approach our ideal version of ourselves and ask for permission to enter that successful version of ourselves. When that smiley person allows us to embody him or her and to be ready to enter a new version of ourselves, we embody that new body and a new way of thinking with which we see the world just like our ideal version that we have entered into. We merge and become one who lives a successful life and lives our ideal life.
Now we are a new version of ourselves living an ideal life and addressing people differently, approaching business differently, behaving differently, talking, thinking, walking.
After becoming one being with our new version, we begin to do the same things in our imagination as we have seen that successful person do so far.
We start re-spinning all the events that person was doing and now we are doing them and looking through our own eyes. We feel like walking, if we shake hands we feel the warmth of someone's hand. Pay great attention to touch and hearing.
When people talk to you, look at them through your own eyes, not like a movie on the side. You are now the lead actor in your movie and the main star of your life who is just living the beautiful life you could only dream of before. Now that has come true for you and now enjoy your new life.
We have opened the portal to another world through the feeling we experience when living our ideal life. Through this sense of happiness, contentment, confidence, we truly feel lucky to be successful and truly enjoy the activities we are doing through our new body that is enjoying its accomplished goal.
Travel to another dimension
The mind travels to another dimension because of the sense of touch with which we feel the handle, the touch of one's hand or object. With this, we get a sense of the reality of that dimension and in this way, we put ourselves even more in the position of that new reality that we experience in this state of imagination, visualization, or whatever you want to call that opening of the portal to other dimensions.By using our senses we enjoy ourselves more and surrender to our new dimension in which everything is possible for us. With our senses, this life becomes as real to us or at least as close as this one here. So if we do this grounding well in a new dimension, then that dimension will become as possible and real to us just as the one we have now chosen and the one we live. We travel between dimensions constantly through the way we experience ourselves and the people around us. Our happy version is different all day long than our unhappy version, which expects many obstacles in this state.
We change states constantly and easily transition from one state to another only very unconsciously. We don't notice it because we do it all the time and something we do all the time is a natural part of us and we don't test it.
The journey to another dimension through our senses and states

Because we have learned to a state that we are familiar with and that we tolerate until we no longer lose the will to experience the same things every day, and in ourselves, desire new events and new goals that we want to achieve.
Just because we are taught the everyday things we do and the way we think about ourselves and the people we know, it is harder for us to abandon the old way of thinking about ourselves when the reality around us reminds us that we are lying when affirming something that has not yet materialized.
We do not want to lie to ourselves and then we are spinning in a vicious circle that is difficult for us to leave. For change to occur, we must enter into meditation without thought, and beforehand determine exactly what our new version will do, so that we can perform that meditation without further effort, which will take us safely to that new successful dimension that we are all we want to be.
We permit ourselves when we leave these thoughts of ours and when we close our eyes to this material world that separates us from other worlds in which there are thousands of combinations of our lives just waiting to be embodied.
Opening a portal to these dimensions by opening the door, we allow ourselves access to these dimensions, and we have already allowed ourselves in advance the possibility of a better life that we so much want, and at the moment do not know how to get there.
The mind travels to other dimensions at the speed of our thoughts and states that we change so naturally that we become aware of it only when we are in that state. We can easily check which world we are in when we listen to the inner conversations that reveal to us whether we have changed or not.
