What are Your Spiritual Beliefs: God, Life, Fear
Our spiritual beliefs about God, the afterlife, and what we deserve because of the way we live are a natural part of us, and everyone has their beliefs and thinks he is right because that is his true reality in which he lives. Spiritual beliefs can affect us positively or negatively and give us a peaceful conscience and a happy life, or because of our beliefs, we may spend our lives fearing punishment for our sins. Each person is free to determine what he or she wants to believe in and make the right decision for himself/herself at any point in his / her life because it is never too late for certain insights.
There is no wrong way of thinking or a good thing because each person really collects their beliefs from an early age, and on many topics, we simply think about how we learned from a young age.
If we asked each person from different religions who God was, each person would have a different definition and interpret God in their own way. That's why no one thinks the wrong way, because we all live in our own reality, where beliefs drive us into certain actions that we do because of those beliefs.
It is not clear to many people whether they can all be right at the same time. We learned from the school that all answers was bad and that only one was right. Because it was our training at school where we were taught that one way of thinking is right and everything else deserves a lower grade.
Tolerance of anything different from our way of thinking is strange to many people. If we had raised our little ones differently, we would have understood all this spiritual teaching in a much more tolerant way and would have thought differently about many things that were happening to us.
Our spiritual beliefs about God
The Bible has different levels of meaning and speaks of spiritual meaning, which includes allegorical meaning as opposed to literal meaning. So there is no point in talking about a religious way of interpreting when it is quite different from the literal meaning of how many interpret the Bible.
Our beliefs about God depend on how they interpreted the Bible to us and what beliefs we grew up in, many do not question their beliefs because they are natural to us and have become part of us.
There is no right or wrong way of thinking because every man has his reality in which his truth is the only one.
Many fear the afterlife. Some fear hell, the punishment that awaits them if they have not lived the right way of life, and it is a great burden that many unfortunately carry all their lives, because of the way the Bible is interpreted rather than figuratively, where they should learn through spiritual teaching about life.
But let’s move on to beliefs about positive and negative ways of thinking and influencing our lives now.
Positive spiritual beliefs about life
What we believe in is an integral part of us and our natural way of thinking about things that happen to us. Why is it important to have positive beliefs?
Because we will look at many events and people as circumstances from which we can learn something new about ourselves or see where we still need to work to correct what is happening to us again.
When we think about our beliefs and watch them serve us through the way we live, then we can recognize what we think about ourselves and the people around us.
Everything moves from us and as much as we love ourselves so much love we can give to others. The more we work to believe in ourselves and our lives, the more slowly our lives will begin to transform and conform to our new beliefs.
We must learn to cope with negative events. The way we respond to these events reveals to us what our condition is and what our beliefs about us are.
The way we think about people determines the way we approach people and the way we do it. It all starts with our way of thinking about ourselves and everything around us.
If we believe that people are good, we will interpret some events differently than we would think that all people are bad.
Because of the way we think about people, many conflicts happen to us, because what we think in ourselves shapes our attitudes and behavior at the moment of our action.
So our spiritual beliefs are very important to our whole lives, as they determine further events that follow us from the way we think. You see, depending on how you think and behave accordingly. The more we think positively, the more tolerant we will be of the differences that surround us. When we are calm, then we bring peace and give it to others.
Spiritual beliefs about God, life and the fear of death are just as different as there are people in this world. Everyone has the individual believes that they carry within us that are with us from birth to death. Each new moment gives us a new opportunity to change our way of thinking about ourselves, and thus everything else.
When we do not have a good opinion of ourselves, we will not have a good opinion of other people because we view all events from our perspective. Everyone looks through their experiences.
Do you know that when you think that one person is very bad and treats you very badly, the same person treats someone better because the other person does not think like you because his belief is not that that person is bad?
No person in this world is bad at all because there is always a person whose belief is not and to whom that person will behave differently. Isn't this a good opportunity to test and see the importance of our beliefs?
We do not have to fear life after death
Many fear life after death or death because of the spiritual belief that hell or torture awaits them, where they will have to be redeemed for all the sins they committed while alive. This kind of thinking does no good for anyone in life. Fear while we live and fear of death is most often fears that people carry through life because of their beliefs that they have picked up through childhood and the environment in which they live.
Our spiritual beliefs about the afterlife on the subconscious level greatly influence the way we live, because many will live a completely different life because of these beliefs then they will be free from the fear that is inherent in them.
When you were little, you knew nothing but what your adults told you about life and death. That was the only information that could get to you. There are thousands of information in front of you now and you have the opportunity to see another mindset that can give you freedom from remorse for your lifestyle or you can continue to follow it if it suits you.
Everyone decides for themselves and for each person to make their right decision, and there is no way to change their minds if they do not want to.
Spiritual beliefs are the values we carry within ourselves and are a roadmap to the good life we want to live. Everyone is guided by their way of life and their definition of a good life. It is up to you to continue to follow your beliefs or to change if they are not in your favor.
Conclusion on spiritual beliefs:
Now that we are adults, we make our own decisions about everything and there is no more reason to live the old way because these were the beliefs of our parents and may have served them well, but if these beliefs do not bring us a peaceful conscience and happy life, then it is time for change. These changes come through changing our awareness of ourselves and life in general. We must reconsider what our belief is and what is inherited for our upbringing.
